According to the American Dietetic Association's (ADA) most recent survey, Americans are eating more vegetable, fish, chicken, and whole grain foods, while decreasing the amount of foods they eat containing trans fats. The ADA has been conducting "Nutrition and You" surveys since 1991. The objective of the surveys is to measure current attitudes and behaviors and trends toward diet and health.
